All salted meats have their place with us as well as all catering products.Over the past few years, we have developed our ranges of meats for CHR customers and also cheeses, whether French or Italian, with the possibility of ordering them in 300gr s/v pieces.Since 2011, my sister Valérie and I have decided to create our own production of Corsican Artisanal Charcuterie "A Maredda" from our production workshop "LAtelu Corsu" located in Ajaccio.
